Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to support campus IT infrastructure in Fort Worth, TX. You will install and service hardware, manage end-user accounts, and keep systems running smoothly for a diverse educational environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Windows/Mac support, experience with Office 365 and SharePoint, and basic networking knowledge. Onsite, full-time role with potential weekend coverage and travel to Austin as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware and software support.
• 1–3 years of help desk experience in a medium to large scale environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint Online) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and respond to outages promptly.
• Manage tickets and escalation tickets within SLA.
• Configure, install, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, printers.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, and potentially Linux environments.
• Administer accounts and equipment for on-boarding/off-boarding.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty support (Dell, Cisco, Aruba, HP, CDW).
• Assist with end-user training and basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi).
• Maintain inventory and generate reports as required.
