Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Services Representative for our Fort Worth campus. You will provide on-site IT support, configure hardware, and manage ticket queues to ensure fast, reliable service for students and staff.

The role requires 1–3 years in help desk or device support, proficiency with Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and remote desktop tools, plus strong AD and network basics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware and software support.
• 1–3 years of help desk experience in a medium to large scale environment.
• Microsoft Office support, including Outlook/Exchange and SharePoint Online, Google G-Suite, Zoom, Schoology.
• Documenting and adhering to established technical procedures and best practices.
• Experience managing workload with a ticketing system, including service orders and account information gathering.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and respond to outages promptly.
• Maintaining own schedule for onsite customer appointments within 24-48 hour SLA.
• Configure, install, and support hardware and peripheral components (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers).
• Manage tickets using the help desk queue and update escalation tickets.
• Assist with on-site install activities and travel to training sites as needed.
