Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site IT infrastructure support at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary campus in Fort Worth, TX. You will handle hardware setup, user support, and problem resolution for Windows, Mac, and related systems.
The role requires 1–3 years of help desk experience, proficiency with Office 365/SharePoint Online, remote desktop, AD, and basic networking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware/software support.
- 1–3 years help desk experience in medium to large environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook/Exchange/SharePoint Online), Google G-Suite, Zoom, Schoology.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and on-site support.
- Respond to outages promptly and troubleshoot LAN/WiFi issues.
- Manage and update tickets in the help desk queue.
- Configure, install, and support laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support VoIP systems and LiveOps chat.
- Assist with account provisioning and deprovisioning (AD, security groups).
