Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Services Representative to provide onsite IT support at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot outages, and manage tickets to ensure reliable service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Windows/Mac support, familiarity with Office 365/SharePoint, and strong customer service skills. This full-time campus-based role includes training and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of Windows or Mac OS hardware/software support.
Help desk experience in medium to large environments preferred.
Experience with ticketing systems and basic network concepts.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support and respond to outages within SLA.
Configure, install, and support hardware (laptops/desktops/monitors/printers).
Manage tickets and escalation via the help desk system.
Maintain inventory and prepare equipment for deployment using imaging tools.
Support Windows, Mac OS, and potential Linux environments.
Assist with cloud services and collaboration apps (Office 365, SharePoint Online).
Support VoIP and liveops systems and basic network issues.
