What You'll Do

• Generate and nurture buyer leads through proven prospecting systems
• Host open houses and follow up with prospective clients
• Build strong relationships with buyers through consultative conversations
• Conduct buyer consultations and secure signed buyer agreements
• Help clients identify homes that align with their goals and needs
• Coordinate and lead property showings
• Write, present, and negotiate purchase offers
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up plans in PLACE Technology
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, script practice, and team activities
• Deliver a high level of service throughout every stage of the client experience

Compensation

$66,000 to $116,000 USD annually

This is a commission-based position. Earnings vary based on production, performance, and market conditions.
