Responsibilities

• A proven launch program — Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch with the foundation and confidence to hit the ground running.
• A weekly lead generation system — Plug into PLACE's proven prospecting systems instead of guessing what works.
• Built-in visibility and momentum — Host open houses with full team support behind you.
• A clear path from contact to appointment — Our systems and coaching turn your prospecting into real, booked opportunities.
• Script mastery through weekly practice — Sharpen your skills alongside your team so you always know what to say.
• A true team environment — Regular team activities that build camaraderie, accountability, and shared success.
• Dedicated coaching and training, every week — Weekly coaching, ongoing training, and a Partner Call to keep you growing and supported.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$65,000 - $117,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
