The Houk Group at Keller Williams Realty in Baton Rouge is seeking a newly licensed Buyer’s Agent for a full-time role. We provide models, systems, tools, coaching, training, and accountability to turn a new license into a real career.

Qualifications

• Newly licensed real estate professional (first year).

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology.

This is for you if: You're a newly licensed agent (within your first year) ready to go full time and treat real estate as a career, not a side hustle. You're intrinsically motivated, competitive, and coachable. You build rapport easily, listen well, and naturally find solutions for people. You're not afraid of prospecting and lead generation - in fact, that's where you want to spend your energy. Objections don't rattle you. You communicate clearly and take service seriously.
