About The Role
The role sits at the front line of the go-to-market motion: identifying and engaging IT and engineering leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies, generating interest in the platform, and converting conversations into qualified pipeline for account executives.
This is a quota-carrying role in a metrics-driven team backed by strong inbound volume, a proven outbound playbook, and a clear promotion path — top performers typically advance to Account Executive within 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across cold calls, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach using Salesloft (or similar) and a modern CRM like Salesforce
- Research target accounts in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and data platform buying centers to identify relevant stakeholders and timely triggers
- Qualify inbound demo requests and event leads against BANT-style criteria and route them cleanly to account executives
- Book and confirm qualified discovery meetings, hitting weekly targets for activities, conversations, and sourced pipeline
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of accounts, contacts, activity, and next steps in Salesforce
- Partner with marketing to test messaging, give feedback on campaigns, and refine ideal customer profiles
- Represent the company at regional events and virtual webinars to generate and nurture top-of-funnel interest

- Coachable, resilient, and energized by activity metrics and quota attainment
- Strong organizational discipline: CRM hygiene, follow‑ups, and pipeline tracking
- Genuine curiosity about cloud, SaaS, and developer‑tool markets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
