Job description

Build your career in enterprise technology sales

We're looking for a results-driven BDR with a proven track record of turning cold outreach into meaningful conversations and qualified meetings.

You'll support a global technology leader, prospecting into some of the world's largest manufacturing and retail organizations. These are complex enterprise accounts with multiple business units, locations, and buying committees. Success requires more than reaching the right contact. You'll need to understand how decisions get made, build relationships across the organization, and uncover opportunities others might miss.

You'll gain exposure to multiple technologies, industries, and business challenges while developing valuable enterprise sales experience.

Why join us?
  • Enterprise exposure: Work across major accounts, multiple technology solutions, and different industries rather than being limited to a single product.
  • Fully remote: Work from home in the US with a company-provided laptop.
  • Enterprise sales coaching: Learn from sales leaders who understand enterprise prospecting and can help you sharpen your approach.
  • Career development: Former team members have gone on to build careers at some of the world's largest technology companies.
What you'll do
  • Execute targeted phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to engage director-level and C-suite decision-makers in manufacturing and retail.
  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day, qualifying opportunities and setting high-value meetings.
  • Develop insight-led outreach grounded in specific, verifiable account details and relevant business challenges, rather than relying on generic scripts or industry benchmarks.
  • Map and multithread accounts, not just contacts. These organizations often generate tens of billions in revenue, with a dozen or more business units in play. When a conversation surfaces a related pain point or referral, bring the adjacent stakeholder into the existing account strategy rather than treating them as an unrelated lead.
  • Distinguish buying-committee personas in real time: The global or cross-segment platform owner who holds decision-making authority, the operator who understands a specific pain point but may not control the budget, and the site-level stakeholder who may need to refer decisions upward. Understand what each person knows, influences, and can authorize, and adjust your approach accordingly.
  • Build rapport, uncover needs, and navigate objections to turn conversations into qualified meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track account engagement, and identify opportunities for additional outreach.
  • Collaborate with your manager and teammates to refine messaging and improve meeting conversion.
What you need on day one
  • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience, including some experience in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through cold outreach, including the ability to handle objections and move conversations toward a meaningful next step.
  • Proven ability to run insight-led conversations with director-level and senior decision-makers, using specific account research rather than generic scripts to build credibility, uncover needs, and communicate value.
  • Demonstrated experience researching and multithreading complex B2B accounts, identifying buying-committee stakeholders, and developing relationships beyond a single contact.
  • Experience maintaining high-volume outbound activity (60+ calls per day), with strong CRM discipline and the ability to manage multiple accounts and outreach activities simultaneously.
Prefered Experience
  • Experience prospecting C-suite executives or navigating Fortune 500 and multinational accounts.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing or retail.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, OT/factory platforms, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience analyzing CRM engagement data to identify untapped territory, improve outreach, and flag data-quality issues.

You don't need to be a technical expert. We'll help you learn the solutions, industries, and account-specific complexities relevant to the program.
