Job summary

Motorola Solutions, including Silvus Technologies, is seeking a Business Development Engineer for USSOCOM to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements. You will support field trials, demonstrations, and strategic field-testing across multi-domain environments.

Requires a technical background in C5ISR with 2–5 years of experience, and active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one. Up to 50% travel and 100% remote work option may apply depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to radio solutions.
• Support field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architecture soundness and transitions to production.
