Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; 2–5 years in systems engineering or defense tech roles.
• U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios and IP-based routing protocols.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to radio solutions.
• Support technical planning, network configuration, and field trials.
• Collaborate with engineering and BD teams to verify architectures.
• Maintain alignment with BD team to support strategic priorities.
• Prepare technical demonstrations for USSOCOM and components.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses; conduct market research.
