Job summary

CCS Global Tech is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to work on Infrastructure Services projects, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, and Service Center teams.

You will apply strong data analytics, design solutions, write technical requirements, test and implement technology solutions, and provide training and user support to ensure deliverables meet specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent.
• Experience with ServiceNow and integrations (Asset Mgmt, Inventory Mgmt, CMDB discovery, Webex).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 productivity tools and data analytics.

Project Scope:

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
• BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
• BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience Level: 5+ years
• ServiceNow experience is non-negotiable.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
