Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory, CMDB discovery, Webex).
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Contracts and RFPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design technical solutions across Infrastructure Services.
• Write and refine technical requirements, test solutions, and ensure delivery to specifications.
• Conduct data analysis, create procedures, and provide user training and support.
• Prepare RFPs and contracts; support procurement activities as needed.

Job Description

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Centre teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
