Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Industry knowledge of building products and contractor processes preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, pass MVR, and meet vehicle insurance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance and demeanor.
• Superior time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Utilize sales reports to identify opportunities in customer buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions for service concerns.
• Provide training to customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and payments collected when necessary.
