Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with product lines and contractor processes preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass MVR; vehicle insurance meeting requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Superior time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Utilize sales reports to identify opportunities in buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
• Provide solutions for service concerns.
• Train customers and teams on product lines and services.
• Assist customers with credit applications.
• Connect with customers to ensure past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.
