Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of dispatching/related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dispatching processes and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Assign the nearest service provider to perform repairs.
• Inform customer of estimated arrival time and follow their requirements.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or issues with repairs.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
