Cox Automotive's Cox Fleet is hiring a Breakdown Coordinator to keep our service network moving. You will troubleshoot events, dispatch the right service providers, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely repairs across a 24/7/365 operation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with dispatching experience; multitasking and knowledge of service dispatch are essential. Work hours vary by market, with shifts including nights and weekends, and a competitive hourly pay of 18.17 to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years' dispatching experience in breakdown or tire service.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.
• Preferred: experience with medium to heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign the nearest service provider to perform repairs.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow their instructions.
• Notify supervisor of delays or problems with ETA or repairs.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
