Cox Automotive is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to support Cox Fleet. You will troubleshoot events and dispatch the appropriate service provider to ensure timely repairs, with hours that vary to cover our 24/7/365 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years dispatching/breakdown experience recommended.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking required.
• Experience with medium/heavy-duty vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Assign the nearest service provider to perform repairs.
• Advise customers on ETA and follow instructions.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or issues.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
