URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to partner with the store management team in supervising daily store operations in Atlanta. The role emphasizes delivering energetic service to engage customers and drive sales through genuine connections.

The position requires leadership experience, teamwork, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will support opening/closing procedures, merchandise flow, and brand standards while growing with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values.
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service to cultivate genuine customer connections; uses customer feedback to improve interactions.
• Delivers a seamless, omni channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Actively participates as floor service leader by facilitating an energized pace and communicating daily sales goals and key metrics.
• Takes initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge, brand messaging, and how to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
• Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking while prioritizing service over tasks.
• Supports the store management team by participating in opening/closing procedures and operational tasks.
• Collaborates to execute shipment processing, restocking, and placement of product, maintaining visual/display standards.
• Upholds safety standards and inventory control to support store profitability.
• Contributes to an inclusive work environment and aids onboarding of new hires.
