Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Anthro brand affinity and enthusiasm for URBN brands.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Promote a positive, inclusive store environment and deliver extraordinary service.
• Leadership + Team Management: Lead salesfloor, assist in recruiting and onboarding, support team development.
• Visual + Business Operations: Support opening/closing procedures, stock, and omni fulfillment. Ensure store standards.
• Communication + Relationships: Foster open communication, align team with store priorities and brand messages.
