Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting URBN values.
• Lead by example with a high level of service to cultivate customer connections.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Provide floor service leadership and communicate daily sales goals and metrics.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging with teammates.
• Prioritize customer service over tasks while multitasking.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Coordinate shipments, restocking, and product placement to maintain visual standards.
• Uphold safety standards, inventory accuracy, and store profitability.
• Foster an inclusive environment by listening and encouraging diverse perspectives.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and provide feedback on performance and promotability.
• Seek feedback for personal growth and improve customer interactions.
• Engage in daily team meetings, store initiatives, and brand focus activities.
