You will lead client interactions, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service tools while supporting loss control and audits. Weekend/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You hold a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• You demonstrate strong attention to detail and are well organized.
• You show leadership and operational proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify clients' banking experience.
• Support all branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
