Job summary

Chase, part of JPMorgan Chase & Co., is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch to partner with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences while upholding bank policies and compliance.

You will guide daily branch operations, support transactions, promote self-service options, and lead a culture of accuracy, client care, and loss control across the team. Must be able to work weekends/evenings and complete required training.

Qualifications

• Adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and fulfill needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and ensure policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
