Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, check them into the waiting queue, and ensure a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
