JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive exceptional client experiences at a Chase branch. You will lead daily branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor the branch team, foster a welcoming environment, and collaborate with the Branch Manager to optimize service delivery, loss prevention, and audit readiness. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients, understand needs, and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and deepen relationships.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits to keep operations secure.
