Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Branch Operations Lead to manage daily branch activities and lead a team in delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, strong loss control, and compliant operations.

You will develop client relationships, educate team members, and promote self-service options to enhance the banking experience. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Follows bank policies, procedures and regulatory rules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in branch ops.
• Educates branch team and partners to stay aligned.
• Builds meaningful client relationships and referrals to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients effectively.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team for seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for anytime access to accounts.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits across the branch.
