Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of two years banking experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Experience supervising preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational management of the branch.
• Supervises branch personnel including tellers and financial services representatives.
• Partners with Branch Manager to direct activities of branch associates.
• Coaches staff, helps with schedules, and supports recruitment and training.
• Ensures adherence to bank policies, procedures, compliance and security standards.
• Handles customer concerns and escalates issues as needed.
• Completes new accounts and teller activities as needed.
