Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and staff. You will supervise tellers and financial services representatives, provide leadership for associate engagement, and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.

• Coaches associates, creates schedules, and assists with hiring and performance issues.
• Directs activities of branch staff to ensure efficient customer service.
• Monitors cross-selling and referral goals and maintains policy compliance.
• Participates in recruitment and training of branch staff.
• Completes new accounts and teller activities as needed.
• Handles miscellaneous duties and ensures quarterly unit assessments meet audit and security standards.
