• Assists in supervision of day-to-day operations of branch and new accounts desks.
• Provides coaching to associates, creates schedules, addresses service breakdowns and assists with hiring and performance issues.
• Directs activities with Branch Manager to ensure excellent customer service.
• Observes and coaches staff on cross-selling and referral goals while ensuring policy compliance.
• Handles customer concerns and escalates as needed.
• Coordinates recruitment and training of Branch staff.
• Completes new accounts and teller activities as needed.
• Performs quarterly unit assessments and ensures adherence to audit and security guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
