Qualifications

• Experience working with customers in a service setting.
• Familiarity with yard and fleet operations is a plus.
• Comfort with basic vehicle terminology and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into computer systems.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints and requests.
• Perform word processing, filing and clerical duties.
• Process auction day paperwork and approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervision.
• Learn automobile titling.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Record vehicle data at check-in and file appropriately.
• Detail and clean vehicles to improve auction appearance.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility with loader/driver duties.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direction.
• Loader operation experience required/preferred.
• Report any policy violations to supervisor immediately.
• Act as subject matter expert for Yard Attendants, Loaders and CSRs.
• Other duties as assigned.
