Job summary

RB Global in the United States is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to handle customer and branch inquiries under the supervision of the Branch Supervisor and Branch Manager. The role includes clerical duties, yard functions, and Loader Operation to ensure accurate recording of information on incoming vehicles during the sale process.

The position emphasizes leadership, communication, problem solving, and willingness to learn forklift operation within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Leadership and time management abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Forklift training within 90 days of starting the position.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and strong MS Office skills.
• Comfort with outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and branch support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders, enter data, and reference pricing/delivery information.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and requests from customers and towers.
• Perform clerical duties and assist with auction paperwork and logistics.
• Record vehicle data and safely move vehicles around the facility.
• Detail vehicles to enhance value at auction and report policy violations.
