Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to questions, complaints and requests.
• Perform clerical duties and filing.
• Handle paperwork for auction day and approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervision.
• Record vehicle information during check-in for facility.
• Detail vehicles to enhance auction value.
• Safely operate vehicles to move and store them at the branch.
• Assist visitors and direct to appropriate staff.
• Loader operation experience required.
• Report policy violations to supervisors.
• Support Yard Attendants, Loader Operators and Customer Service reps.
• Other duties as needed.
