Qualifications

• Strong leadership and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken, with customers and team members.
• Willing to learn forklift operation within 90 days and basic vehicle knowledge.
• Experience in equipment rental or construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders, enter data, and reference pricing information.
• Handle paperwork for auction day and maintain vehicle records.
• Assist with yard duties, including loader operation and vehicle detailing.
• Support branch supervisor and manager as needed and adhere to procedures.
• Report policy violations to a supervisor and assist visitors.
• Demonstrate reliability in outdoor work and maintain safety around heavy equipment.
