Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coordination required.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willing to learn forklift operation within 90 days.
• Experience in equipment rental or construction environment preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles recommended.
• Outdoor work in all weather; safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into the computer system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information for sales.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Handle clerical duties including word processing and filing.
• Process paperwork for auction day and obtain approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervisor guidance.
• Learn automobile titling where applicable.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Record and file vehicle information on arrival at the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance for sale value.
• Operate vehicles to move stock around the facility.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the right contact.
