• Lead branch operations, including cash vault/ATM, resolving issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self‑service options and guide clients to convenient digital tools.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
