Qualifications

• You take pride in adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• You are organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• You demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• You educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• You engage clients, educate them, and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM, while ensuring compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime, day or night.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with emphasis on loss control, compliance, and audits.

Education

High School Diploma

Associate Banker (Teller) experience

College degree or military equivalent
