Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work with the Branch Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience and oversee branch operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead, train, and engage the branch team, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with policies, audits, and loss controls while building lasting client relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in and waiting.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth and secure operations.
