JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities and lead the team in delivering outstanding client experiences. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure policy compliance and smooth operations.

You will guide client interactions, support transactions, and promote self-service tools while maintaining a focus on loss control and regulatory adherence. This role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to educate and engage team members and partners.
• Proven ability to build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-energy branch atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Effectively communicate to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, resolving client issues with accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking and enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control standards, and assist with audits and regulatory requirements.
