• Assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like cash vault and ATM.
• Maintain loss control, compliance, and audits.
• Educate and refer clients to experts as needed.
• Promote self-service banking options to customers.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to support operations.
