JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client service and flawless branch operations. You will help clients with transactions, promote self-service tools, and foster strong community relationships.

You will lead daily operations, ensure compliance, and train the team to maintain accuracy and service quality across all activities.

Qualifications

Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
Ability to educate and inform branch team and partners.
Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
1+ years of retail banking experience.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them.
Lead branch operations, including cash devices, while ensuring policy adherence.
Introduce clients to the team and collaborate to meet specialized financial needs.
Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients anytime.
Support all branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
