Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow while assisting with transactions.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to services.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
