Responsibilities

• Efficiently run all branch operations and teller transactions.
• Keep staff informed of policy changes pertaining to teller operations.
• Proactively solve operational issues.
• Ensure security procedures are followed for employees and customers.
• Lead by example by serving customers in lobby or drive‑thru.
• Promote exceptional service and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
• Resolve customer concerns including online banking and debit card issues.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers accordingly.
• Participate in community events as needed.
