Responsibilities

• Supervise all branch operations related to processing customer transactions and maintain operational soundness.
• Inform branch team of policy and procedure changes pertaining to teller operations and collaborate with Branch Operations Support.
• Proactively solve operational issues and ensure security procedures are followed for employee and customer safety.
• Lead by example by assisting customers in lobby or drive-thru and manage teller drawer operations.
• Ensure policy compliance to maintain security and mitigate losses.
• Promote exceptional service and identify cross-sell opportunities; refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
• Participate in community events as needed.
