Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations for teller transactions and ensure security procedures.
• Keep staff informed of policy changes related to teller operations and partner with Branch Operations Support.
• Lead by example by handling teller duties and assisting customers in lobby or drive-thru.
• Ensure staff comply with bank policies to prevent losses and maintain service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
• Participate in community events as needed.
