Wintrust Financial Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Teller Services Coordinator to supervise branch operations, cash handling, and customer service delivery. You will lead staff, ensure policy adherence, and maintain secure, efficient teller procedures across the branch network.

You will partner with Branch Operations Support as needed, resolve customer issues, and promote exceptional service while supporting banking accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous teller experience required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• Travel between branches may be necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Run branch operations and teller procedures with dual control.
• Inform staff of policy changes for teller operations.
• Proactively resolve operational issues.
• Maintain security procedures for employee and customer safety.
• Lead by example by assisting customers in lobby or drive-thru.
• Ensure adherence to bank and regulatory policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Address customer concerns including online banking and cards.
