Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Teller Services Coordinator at Macatawa Bank, now part of Wintrust, in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on supervising branch teller operations, delivering excellent service, and maintaining security and efficiency throughout daily transactions.

You will lead staff, enforce policies, and support customers in lobby or drive areas while promoting community banking values and teamwork. On-site work with competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills as well as the ability to indirectly motivate staff and effectively organize / delegate operational duties among staff members.
