You will manage hiring, training, and performance, while coordinating with other lines of business to maximize growth and profitability of the banking center.

The role requires overseeing staff development and coaching, building a strong community presence, and driving outbound sales efforts to expand branch reach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree or related banking experience preferred.
• Previous retail banking and managerial experience
• Previous business development experience and experience working with small business customers

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, including staffing, scheduling and daily performance.
• Lead and coach staff to achieve sales goals and customer service standards.
• Develop and grow customer relationships by networking and outreach in the local community.
• Partner with other lines of business to drive growth and profitability of the banking center.
