Qualifications

• Previous teller experience required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently run all branch operations and teller duties.
• Keep staff informed of policy changes related to teller ops.
• Proactively resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Ensure security procedures are followed for staff and customers.
• Lead by example serving customers in lobby or drive-thru.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies to prevent losses.
• Foster exceptional service and cross-sell opportunities as needed.
• Assist customers with online banking, cards, statements, etc.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel when needed.
• Participate in community events as required.
