Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work weekend and evening branch hours.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You are detail oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• You lead and educate your branch team and partners.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM management.
• Resolve client issues promptly while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to branch team and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits.
