• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.

• Lead branch operations including cash devices, ensure policy compliance and issue resolution.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and refer to specialists.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
